Toronto-St. Paul's, a Liberal stronghold for the past thirty years, will be under close scrutiny on June 24.
Following the resignation last December of Liberal MP Carolyn Bennett (now Canada's ambassador to Denmark), the voters of Toronto-St. Paul's will go to the polls on June 24 to replace her. Regular readers of this column will know that polls have not been kind to Justin Trudeau and the Liberals since last fall — Ontario has been no exception and neither has the 416, despite its traditional Liberal leanings.
