After three days of global economic turbulence, Canadians are once again reminded of just how much instability from the United States can ripple north of the border. It’s no surprise, then, that U.S.-Canada relations—and who is best equipped to manage them under a possible second Donald Trump presidency—have become a key issue in this federal election.
