A new federal poll from Ipsos was released last week — the firm’s first public poll since June — and while its topline numbers generally fell in line with recent trends, Ipsos’ regional breakdown showed an LPC-CPC tie in Ontario and a sizable Bloc Québécois lead in Quebec.
