Happy Sunday, dear 338Canada readers,

While the past week was a quieter one on the polling front, there was no shortage of political news. Canada reached a new trade agreement with China. Quebec Premier François Legault announced his resignation on Wednesday morning. Rules for the much-anticipated B.C. Conservative leadership race were unveiled. (And Doug Ford’s Progressive Conservatives continue to dominate their rivals in Ontario.)

There is a lot to unpack — and, as usual, we will focus on the numbers. Welcome to this week’s 338 Sunday Update.
