338 Sunday Update: Liberals and Conservatives Are Tied, Poilievre Slides, and Legault Exits
Federal numbers hold steady as Quebec’s political landscape is upended.
Happy Sunday, dear 338Canada readers,
While the past week was a quieter one on the polling front, there was no shortage of political news. Canada reached a new trade agreement with China. Quebec Premier François Legault announced his resignation on Wednesday morning. Rules for the much-anticipated B.C. Conservative leadership race were unveiled. There is a lot to unpack — and, as usual, we will focus on the numbers. Welcome to this week’s 338 Sunday Update.
