338 Sunday Update: Easter Edition

Happy Easter weekend to those who celebrate it. Today is the last day of March, meaning we now stand three weeks away from the federal map switching to a 343-seat distribution instead of the 338-map we have been using for the past decade — and which gave this website its name.
