New federal polling from Léger last week made several observers wonder whether the Trudeau Liberals were on track to lose their last bastion of support — namely Quebec. While we do not know yet the definitive answer to this question (regional subsamples contains far more uncertainty than top-line numbers), it doesn’t bode well for the LPC that this lost ground in La Belle Province is not caused by a Bloc Québécois surge.
