338 Quebec Update: PQ Remains Ahead, CAQ Crawls Back Up
Nearing the mid point of this legislature's term in Quebec City, the PQ is still projected ahead, but in minority territory.
The latest Quebec poll conducted by Léger on behalf of Québecor Media still places the Parti québécois in the lead in terms of voting intentions, but by a reduced margin over François Legault’s CAQ. Other opposition parties remain stagnant.
While Léger's two previous surveys gave the PQ a 10-point cushion over the CAQ, the gap between the two parties has shrunk to seven points: 32% for the PQ vs. 25% for the CAQ.
