With just 10 days left in British Columbia’s 2026 election campaign, the latest polls suggest David Eby’s New Democrats are in serious trouble.
Unless tonight’s leaders’ debate changes the momentum of this campaign, the governing NDP — which held a razor-thin majority of seats at dissolution — could see its nearly decade-long hold on power in Victoria come to an end.
And what a reversal that would be, considering where the parties stood just a month ago.
